Magnolia’s Assisted Living Project is a $15M senior care development designed to provide high-quality eldercare in a growing region. With investor approvals secured, the project moves through a clear timeline—from design and infrastructure in 2026 to facility and duplex construction—leading to its grand opening in July 2027. This modern, community-focused facility combines care, comfort, and stability while driving local economic growth.

Golf Course & Single Family

The Golf Course & Single Family Project is a $30M master-planned development that combines premium residential living with world-class golf amenities. Beginning in January 2026 with land survey, golf course layout, and master planning, the project advances through infrastructure and earthwork (Apr–Jun 2026), followed by home construction in phases (Jul 2026–Mar 2027). Landscaping and golf course finishing are scheduled for Apr–May 2027, with sales, move-ins, and course operations launching from June 2027 onwards.
